¡ª Highlights ¡ª

¡¡

LCD 1.77-inch Display ¡¡

2 Programming Keys
¡¡ An LCD screen allows users to view channels, call up stored information and navigate through the radio¡¯s features. ¡¡ ¡¡ You can program or assign to perform a user specific function. Personalize the required functions for convenient and quick operation.
Dual PTT ¡¡ Dual Band
¡¡ You can monitor two channels at one time. If you have two groups of people you contact regularly this can be a very useful feature. ¡¡ ¡¡ Radios with Dual Band capability can transmit and receive on both UHF and VHF radio bands.
Dual Display ¡¡ Dual Receive
¡¡ The LCD screen allows users to view the current information of the two frequency bands or other settings, providing a larger amount of visual information. ¡¡ ¡¡ Like having two radios in one, the dual receive function allows you to receive and listen to two different channels simultaneously .
Dual Watch ¡¡ Channel Alias
¡¡ Allows user to choose 2 priority channels to scan. ¡¡ ¡¡ Allows the user to give each channel a user defined name.
Monitor ¡¡ Channel Step
¡¡ This feature allows you to check if a channel is clear before you transmit. ¡¡ ¡¡ Channel refers to the frequency value occupied when transmitting and receiving.
Scan ¡¡ Priority Scanning
¡¡ The channel scan feature enables a two way radio to continuously scan each channel for activity. ¡¡ ¡¡ During the scanning process, the set priority channel is scanned first.
Hands-free VOX ¡¡ Power Adjustable
¡¡ This hands-free feature allows you to get on with other manual tasks while you stay in touch with other users. ¡¡ ¡¡ This feature allows you to switch between high and low power modes on the radio.
Wide/Narrow Band ¡¡ Key Lockout
¡¡ Narrowband takes up less frequency space and lowers the chance for interference, wideband channels can carry more infos but require more power. ¡¡ ¡¡ When activated this feature allows the user to lock the buttons so that in case the user presses them by mistake, it does not result in some unwanted action.
Battery Saver ¡¡ Busy Channel Lockout
¡¡ The radio will switch to automatically after being left unused for a certain amount of time, lessens the drain on your battery and makes it last longer. ¡¡ ¡¡ This feature keeps communication lines open by preventing radios from listening or transmitting through conversations outside their talkgroup.
Time-out Timer ¡¡ Compandor
¡¡ This feature will stop the transmission of the two-way radio if the radio is transmitting for a long duration. ¡¡ ¡¡ This feature can help improve signal-to-noise ratio, reduce the background noise and obtain good audio quality at the receiver.
Scrambler ¡¡ Eavesdrop Reducer
¡¡ A technology is used to scramble communications to prevent other radio users in the vicinity from listening to your conversations. ¡¡ ¡¡ A scramble code that makes your transmissions sound garbled to anyone listening.
Squelch Tail Elimination ¡¡ Digital Service
¡¡ Squelch Tail Elimination(STE) is used to eliminate squelch tails by sending a brief low-frequency tone right before a transmission ends. ¡¡ ¡¡ Using the digital service feature, the radio alias display function can be realized, and the target radio can display the name of the call originator
PTT ID ¡¡ Private Call/Group Call/All Call
¡¡ This feature allows the radio to transmit and/or receive a radio ID and lets you know who is transmitting to you. ¡¡ ¡¡ Private Call allows a radio user to place a call to just one user, Group Call provides voice call service in a group.
Stun/Kill/Revive ¡¡ Reverse Frequency
¡¡ Stun and Kill disables a radio over the air and Revive restores the disabled radio. ¡¡ ¡¡ Reverse works by swapping the two frequencies. The transmit and receive frequencies of the active channel are exchanged or reversed.
Offset ¡¡ Frequency Hopping
¡¡ Offset is the difference between a radio channel's receive and transmit frequencies. ¡¡ ¡¡ Frequency hopping is a method of transmitting radio signals by rapidly switching the carrier between different frequency channels.
Easy Pairing ¡¡ Digital Anti Cracking
¡¡ This radio has a fast frequency measurement and decoding function, easy to talk with other radios. ¡¡ ¡¡ Using the digital anti-cracking feature, you can realize the anti-cracking function and avoid receiving illegal signals.
Voice Prompt ¡¡ Power-on Tone
¡¡ The radio actually talks to you in a human-like voice. You will hear the prompt spoken in plain relative language. ¡¡ ¡¡ A sound prompt when you turn on the power, which is a very practical function in dark places or for people with visual impairments.
Low Battery Alert ¡¡ Emergency Alert
¡¡ This warning reminds that your battery is low and must be either recharged or replaced. ¡¡ ¡¡ If an operator needs to send an immediate and urgent request for help, the push of just one button can trigger a call for assistance.
Keypad Tone ¡¡ Roger Beep/Talk Confirmation Tone
¡¡ Pressing a single key of keypad produces a sound to remind that you already successfully press this key. ¡¡ ¡¡ When this feature is activated, a tone is transmitted to the listener after a transmission.
Call Tone ¡¡ 1750Hz
¡¡ Call tones allow you to transmit a tone to other radios in your group to alert them that you want to talk. ¡¡ ¡¡ 1750Hz is used to connect to the repeater.
CTCSS/DCS ¡¡ DTMF
¡¡ CTCSS uses continuous tones below 300 Hz whereas DCS uses digital data and all encoded words can be used on the same channel without interference. ¡¡ ¡¡ DTMF is a technology that uses a combination of tones to perform a number of useful signaling operations.
2-Tone ¡¡ 5-Tone
¡¡ This feature employs a sequential transmission of 2 audible tones, enabling the receiver to hear an alert tone. ¡¡ ¡¡ Similar to 2-tone, the 5-Tone is used to enable alerts, alarms, send IDs, and many other functions.
Noise Reduction (Optional Paid Feature) ¡¡ FM Broadcast Radio (Optional Paid Feature)
¡¡ Noise reduction is the process of removing noise from a signal, in order to improve background sound quality to be clearer. ¡¡ ¡¡ This two-way radio is also capable of receiving normal FM broadcasts.
